Kristin claimed that she is teaching her three children to be confident during the same interview.

“I work out four or five times a week, mostly lifting weights, but I also do circuit training to keep my heart rate up,” she revealed. “I’m not a big fan of cardio unless I do it in short bursts, like a minute or two in between lifting weights.”
